Parkour & Freerunning
Get ready to defy gravity and unlock your true potential at Parkour & Freerunning Camp! This high-energy, action-packed camp is designed for kids who are ready to push their limits and experience the thrill of navigating obstacles with speed, agility, and creativity. Whether you’re jumping over barriers, vaulting over walls, or flipping through the air, you’ll learn the art of movement while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
At Parkour & Freerunning Camp, campers will:
- Master the Basics of Parkour: Learn the foundational techniques of parkour, including running, jumping, climbing, and rolling. Campers will work on their balance, strength, and flexibility while developing the skills needed to overcome obstacles in their path.
- Explore Freerunning Moves: Take your parkour skills to the next level with dynamic freerunning moves like flips, wall runs, and tricks. Freerunning is all about adding creativity to movement, allowing you to express yourself and take on obstacles in exciting, unique ways.
- Build Strength & Agility: Parkour requires strength, endurance, and agility. Campers will participate in exercises and challenges designed to improve their physical fitness while also learning proper techniques for safety and control.
- Navigate Obstacle Courses: Campers will practice their skills on purpose-built parkour and freerunning obstacle courses, designed to challenge them while promoting quick thinking and adaptability. Each course is designed to build confidence as campers tackle progressively harder challenges.
- Learn the Art of Flow: In parkour and freerunning, it’s not just about getting from point A to point B—it’s about the flow of movement. Campers will work on smooth transitions, timing, and rhythm to make their movements more fluid, efficient, and fun.
- Work as a Team: Parkour isn’t just about individual achievement—it’s also about supporting each other. Campers will work in teams to navigate challenges, offer encouragement, and share tips for improvement. Teamwork is key to achieving goals and building confidence.
- Showcase Your Skills: At the end of the week, campers will have the chance to show off their newly honed skills in an exciting Parkour & Freerunning Showcase for friends and family. Watch as they conquer obstacles, perform flips, and demonstrate their impressive new tricks!
Parkour & Freerunning Camp is perfect for kids who love movement, adventure, and pushing their limits. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this camp will help you develop the strength, skills, and confidence to move like a pro and express yourself through the art of movement. Get ready to jump, flip, and run your way through the ultimate adventure!
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Optional Extended Hours: Campers can stay until 4:00 PM for an additional $10.00 (Open Gym)
Rate: $375 per week
Age: 5 to 15 years (Campers will be grouped by age and skill level)
