Flip & Freestyle
Up your parkour movement skills in this high performance camp, and unleash your freestyle creativity! This elite athlete experience is designed by our Master Practitioner, Neurocentric Performance Coach, TJ Foreman. Athletes will train their body to perform at a higher level, and techniques to recover faster.
- Multi-Direction Explosiveness: Increase agility and explosiveness in every direction using dynamic plyometric training.
- Functional Strength Training: Improve stability, mobility, speed, power and overall athleticism through stability and resistance exercises.
- Agility & Speed: Strengthen running mechanics and vision drills to improve speed, be more dynamic and maximize potential.
- Sports Techniques: Test out new skills in a fun, more competitive setting that provides immediate feedback for continual improvement.
Coaches combine daily Training Modules to increase overall athleticism, teach advanced sports drills & techniques. Full-day training experiences pair morning Training Modules with afternoon activities. The combination provides athletes the unique opportunity to immediately put into action the techniques they are taught. Recharge breaks provided throughout. On the final day the athletes will celebrate their accomplishments with an EPIC WATER BALLOON FIGHT & POPSICLE FOR EVERYONE! (11-15 yrs old)
Monday – Friday, 8:30-2:30pm – Only $349/week or $75/day. Call to register for per day spots. SPACE IS LIMITED! *Option to stay 2:30-4pm for Open-gym for just $7.50 (1/2 price)!
